Thank you for using the Belotti website and online store with the following conditions. Please read them carefully before using the online store. By using the online store and placing orders, you accept the terms. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Belotti. Belotti reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes.

PURCHASE ORDERS AND CONTRACTS

Belotti products ordered at www.belotti.se or through our customer service are subject to a binding agreement for the product you specified when you receive an e-mail to the address you specified. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Belotti will only sell products to customers over the age of 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Swedish kronor, KR, and all prices include VAT. Prices can also be displayed in EURO €, US Dollar $ and British Pounds £. We accept the following payment methods:

THE READY

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and approval by the card issuer and to maintain security and fraud prevention. There are no fees for paying by credit or debit card.

DELIVERY TERMS

The online store is open 24 hours a day, but deliveries are made Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish holidays. After receiving an order, we will process and deliver your order in the shortest possible time. When your order is not picked up or received within 14 days of arrival, it will be sent back to Belotti. Then a fee of SEK 299 will be charged to you as a customer to cover Belotti´s administration, shipping and handling costs. Deliveries that are not picked up or received have no legal right to cancel the purchase. If you as a customer want us to ship again, we will charge for shipping again. We ship with DHL, FedEx, Schenker and UPS, and the package will be delivered to the delivery location. You will receive a notification via email or text message, depending on your choice. Normal delivery time is 1-2 working days and outside Sweden is between 5-8 working days after your order is ready. Customs fees that may apply to international deliveries are paid by the customer.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must send the item back within 14 days of receiving the item. You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of us receiving the items. But it will probably be much faster. As soon as we have received the return, we will inform you by email. You may only return an item purchased from the online store if it is in perfect condition. This means that the goods are unused. Original packaging must also be returned. belotti.se does not accept returns of products that have been used, are dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If a product is returned and is damaged in any way, the product will be returned to the customer. Note that shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

PERSONAL DATA

You are expected to use your information in order for us to provide services to you. This will include handling orders for shipping, SMS delivery status notification, your account management, credit checks, information about new services, newsletters or other marketing services about changes or improvements to our services via email from Belotti. Your information may be used to improve the design and layout of the website. In case of problems with delivery, we will use the information to get in touch with you. We never disclose information to third parties for marketing purposes outside Belotti. The data is forwarded to third parties. For example, Belotti forwards information to suppliers and senders in connection with deliveries. Your data is only stored as long as necessary. You have the right to contact us. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Whenever you want, you can unsubscribe with your personal information for marketing purposes (eg sending catalogs, newsletters or offers).

CARD PURCHASE

Making card purchases in our online store is as safe as possible as all information is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means that the information is sent to a secure connection and your card information cannot be read by outsiders. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Belotti reserves the right to delay all orders if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store payment information in our database.
