Within Sweden 1-2 working days.
Within Europe 4-7 working days.
Outside Europe 5-12 working days.
What is the shipping cost for my order?
Always free shipping within Europe.
Outside Europe, the shipping cost is SEK 600.
Please note that customs fees that may apply to international deliveries are paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Your order is normally shipped the same day or the next day after ordering.
If we have not sent your order, contact us immediately and cancel your order.
What payment options are there?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and Klarna.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Always make sure your email address is filled in correctly as this is a common reason for it not being received. It could also be because your email has a spam filter that blocks certain emails. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service to process your order.
Can I return an item?
If you have purchased an item from www.belotti.se, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for your item, excluding shipping costs as shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The refund takes place within 30 days of us receiving your return, but it usually goes faster. As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail.
You can only return an item purchased via www.belotti.se if it is in new, unused, perfect condition. Original packaging must also be returned. Belotti does not accept returns if the item has been used, is damaged, washed or dirty in any way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way, the product will be sent to the customer again. Note that shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

I need to change something in my order, how do I do it?
If you need to change anything or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders are usually handled the same day or the next working day. When your order left our warehouse, we unfortunately did not make any desired changes.
I just completed an order. Can I add items to my order?

If an article is sold out in the online store?
Contact belotticustomerservice@hotmail.com and we will provide you with incoming delivery status or find a retailer with the item in stock.
